Another cardio challenge today! While doing your daily moves also do 30 seconds of jogging in place between each move.
Studio Tone It Up Class
5 Daily Moves
21 reps and drop sets (7x7x7) where appropriate.
Sumo Squat - 21 reps
Deadlift - 21 reps
Pistol Squat - 21 reps on each side
You can also do the modified version with a couch/chair (i do).
Deep Squat - 21 reps
Box Step-Ups - 21 reps on each side
