5k Walk or Run


We're doing the 21 rep challenge for the next 3 weeks so for each move its 7 reps heavy, 7 reps medium, 7 reps light. Do that with each move and then repeat the circuit twice. (For a total of 3 times through).


Deadlift + Upright Row - 21 reps



Jump Squats - 21 reps



Bent Over Row + Tricep Kickback - 21 reps



Boat Pose + Overhead Tricep Extension - 21 reps



Tricep Pushup - 21 reps
