21 reps and drop sets (7x7x7) where appropriate


Pistol Squat - 21 reps
(TIU usually says for each side but for some reason they didn't today).


And if you need to you can modify.



Sumo Squat - 21 reps



Deadlift - 21 reps



Step Ups - 21 reps on each side



Lunge + Bicep Curl - 21 reps on each side
