It's week 2 of #TIU21 so you know the drill by now. I'm changing my posts slightly though for these last two weeks in that I will also be listing the Studio Tone It Up classes that were on the schedule for that day. Hopefully then, if you had a day of the challenge you really liked you can look up the moves and class that were scheduled for that day.


Studio Tone It Up Class


5 Daily Moves
21 reps and drop sets (7x7x7) where appropriate.


Squat To Shoulder Press - 21 reps



Bicep Curl - 21 reps



Single Leg Deadlift - 21 reps on each side



Shoulder Rotations - 21 reps



Side Plank Raise - 21 reps on each side
