Lunge + Bicep Curl - 21 reps on each side



Deadlift + Upright Row - 21 reps



Pistol Squat - 21 reps on each side


Don't worry, you can mod it if you need to. (I know i have to).



Step Ups - 21 reps on each side



Plank Tuck Jumps - 21 reps
