Weekly Schedule Lock-screen - Oct 16th till Oct 22nd 2017
It is now week 2 of the #TIU21 challenge! I kept the format of the lock screen the same as last week but I do want to point a few things out.
- The 5 daily/stretching moves are a given and you know they happen every day. Since I don't have the space on the lock screen and they post them the night before, you will have to check toneitup.com to see what they are.
-Wednesday and Thursday have added cardio challenges. On Wednesday they want you to take a 15 minute walk after dinner and on Thursday they want you to jog in place for 30 seconds between each daily move.
