Weekly Schedule Lock-screen - Oct 30th till Nov 5th 2017

Week 1 of round 2 of the #TIU21 challenge starts tomorrow! With that comes a brand spanking new lock screen for you ladies.

Before I get into anything else I do want to clear up some confusion about the lock screen. When there are multiple videos in the suggested column it is designed for you to do all of them. (Though really you can do as little or as much as you like). The Studio Tone It Up workouts are often 30+ minutes or multiple videos strung together, so in order to make the workouts a similar length I often have to combine multiple video.

Now back to business...

In addition to 5 daily moves we have everyday plus the usual 5k walk/run on Sunday, there are also 2 cardio challenge this week. On Monday TIU wants us to do a 20 minute walk/jog after dinner and on Friday they want us to do a 30 second jog in between each of the moves while doing the 5 daily moves.

    1. Thank you! Hopefully the Android version of the app comes out soon but in the meantime i'll keep making the lock-screens.
