Weekly Schedule Lock-screen - Oct 9th till Oct 15th 2017

Another week, another lock screen, but with a twist! Tomorrow starts week one of the #TIU21 challenge so I had to switch my lock screen set up a bit. Tone It Up is making the challenge mostly based within the Studio Tone It Up app so it kind of leaves out girls that don't have or can't get the app.
 What I decided to do was take a look at the Studio schedule and make suggestions for similar workouts that can be found for free on youtube (to the best of my ability). Daily toning moves are a given so i took that off the lock screen to make room. I also took out the time as Tone It Up doesn't even have that listed on their weekly schedule. Don't worry though, I looked at the app schedule and all of my suggested workouts fall within 1-2 minutes of the app workouts. Also, the reason why I don't really have anything on Sunday is the Studio app is on a Sunday-Saturday schedule so i have nothing to base a suggestion off of.
A final piece of good news to help you out with this latest challenge. In addition to the lock screen, I have also created a youtube playlist which you can find here, that has all the workouts I suggested in order.
