#TIU21 is over so these moves will be structured a little differently now!
Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits.
Lateral Box Jumps - 15 reps on each side
Pike - 15 reps
Down Dog Cross Toe Taps - 15 reps on each side
Tummy Toners - 15 reps on each side
Hip Dip Cross Crunch - 15 reps on each side
