Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves 
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits


Knee To Elbow Crunch - 15 reps on each side



Toe Touch Cross Crunch - 15 reps on each side



Plank Alternating Knee Taps - 15 reps on each side



Hip Dip Cross Crunch - 15 reps on each side



Elevated Rock The Boat - 15 reps on each side
