5 Daily Moves
Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves 
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits


Hammer Curl To Press - 15 reps



Alternate Arm + Leg Raise - 15 reps on each side



Alternating Pushup - 15 reps on each side



Superman Dumbbell Pass - 15 reps one each direction



Pushup + Kickback - 15 reps on each side
