Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves 
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits


Lunge To Sumo Squat - 15 reps on each side



Leg Lift + Crunch - 15 reps



Step Up To Back Lunge - 15 reps on each side



Side Lunge + Abduction - 15 reps on each side



Side Plank Knee To Elbow Crunch - 15 reps on each side
