5 Daily Moves
21 reps and drop sets (7x7x7) where appropriate.
Do the circuit of 5 moves 3 times through.


Squat Jumps - 21 reps



Forward Raises - 21 reps



Box Jumps - Do as many as you can in 21 seconds



Side Plank Raise - 21 reps on each side



Plank Jacks - 21 reps
