Sunday Runday + Total Body - Sunday

Before we get to the daily moves, i want to apologize for not having the lock screen up tonight. I've been working 11.5 hours and the best i could do tonight is get all the workout together (Which i have the written notes posted in the Tone It Up Girls Facebook group) and put together the youtube playlist. I Will have the actual lock screen up tomorrow night before bed. 
Now, on to the workouts!

5K Walk or Run


Studio Tone It Up Class


5 Daily Moves
Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves 
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits


Single Leg Deadlift + Curl - 15 reps on each side



Single Arm Clean - 15 reps on each side



Plank Heel Tap + Shoulder Tap - 15 reps on each side



Hee Haw + Rock The Boat - 15 reps



Plank Row To Press - 15 rep on each side
