Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits
Good Morning + Press - 15 reps
Single Leg Jack Knife - 15 reps on each side
Hammer Curl To Press - 15 reps
Alternate Arm + Leg Raise - 15 reps on each side
Superman To Pushup - 15 reps
