Weekly Schedule Lock-screen - Nov 13th till Nov 19th 2017

Good Morning TIU community!

It is the last week of the #TIU21 challenge so lets finish this one out strong. In case you didn't see it, Tone It Up announced a contest (a la the tv show Chopped) where they list 5 ingredients and they want you to come up with a recipe using at least 3 of them. 5 winners will be chosen and they will be given a 3 month supply of Tone It Up Protein (the one you can find at Target) and their recipe will be in the new Tone It Up nutrition plan for the new year! As i did last week, I've got two lock screens for everyone to chose from this week. Same routines, just a different top photo depending on what your preference is. So you don't have to go searching all over youtube, I also have another handy dandy youtube playlist with all the routines already ready for you.

Even though this is the last week of the challenge, I will continue to make lock screens for you guys. (Playlists will depend on what Tone It Up does for their weekly workout schedule). I do start a new work schedule next week though so instead of the lock screens being ready by lunch time they won't be up till the evening. (I still got you though!)

Lets make the most of this last week of the challenge!
