Weekly Schedule Lock-screen - Nov 6th till Nov 12th 2017

I'm doing something a little different with the lock-screens this week. Instead of my one usual option i am giving you two different ones to choose from. They both have the same workouts and color schemes, the only thing that is different is the top photo. (In case you are a little more self conscious about your lock screens or in case you'd just prefer a different photo).

Also, as a reminder, when there are multiple videos in the suggested column it is designed for you to do all of them. The Studio Tone It Up workouts are often 30+ minutes or multiple videos strung together, so in order to make the workouts a similar length I often have to combine multiple video.
