5 Daily Moves
Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves 
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits


Superman To Pushup - 15 reps



Plank Row Twist - 15 reps on each side



Bicep Curl To Press - 15 reps



Plank Knee Taps - 15 reps



Side Plank Leg Swings - 15 reps one each side
