Cross Body Hammer Curl - 31 reps on each side



Overhead Tricep Extension - 31 reps



Bent Over Row + Tricep Kickback - 31 reps on each side



Single Leg Curl + Press - 31 reps, switch legs halfway through



Reverse Fly - 31 reps



Pushup - 31 reps
