31 reps on each move (break them up however you need to) 1 time through. Today though has an added cardio burst of 31 seconds of bicycles between each move!
Back Lunge - 31 reps on each side
Deep Squat 31 reps
Bridge Twist - 31 reps on each side
Curtsy Booty Kickbacks - 31 reps on each side
Bridge Swivels - 31 reps on each side
