Now that we are in the Holiday Hustle the daily moves are changing up a little bit. There is only one round but each move has 31 reps. Break them up how you need to but make sure to get 31 reps on each move in!
Side Lunge - 31 reps on each side
Braced Squat - 31 reps
Single Leg Deadlift - 31 reps on each side
Step Up To Back Lunge - 31 reps on each side
Plank Booty Lift - 31 reps on each side
