My apologies for forgetting Fridays post. If anyone happens to have a list of the daily moves and knows what order they were in PLEASE let me know.


Studio Tone It Up Class


5 Daily Moves
Do each move for 15 reps. Once you have completed the circuit of 5 moves 
repeat it two more times for a total of 3 circuits


Lunge To Sumo Squat - 15 reps on each side



Balanced Booty Lifts - 15 reps on each side



Plank Row + Tricep Kickback - 15 reps on each side



Fallen Star Toe Touch - 15 reps on each side



Tabletop Twist - 15 reps on each side
