Now that we are in the Holiday Hustle the daily moves are changing up a little bit. There is only one round but each move has 31 reps. Break them up how you need to but make sure to get 31 reps on each move in!
Good Mornings + Tricep Extension - 31 reps

Superman Dumbbell Pass - 31 reps
Hammer Curl to Press - 31 reps
Plank Row to Tricep Kickback - 31 reps on each side
