Now that we are in the Holiday Hustle the daily moves are changing up a little bit. There is only one round but each move has 31 reps. Break them up how you need to but make sure to get 31 reps on each move in!
Bikini Walkout - 31 reps
Skaters - 31 reps on each side
Hip Dips - 31 reps one each side
Plank + Tricep Extension - 31 reps on each side
Rock The Boat - 31 reps on each side
Tuck Jumps - 31 reps
