Curtsy Lunge + Abduction - 31 reps on each side
Up Down Planks - 31 reps
Bridge Dips - 31 reps
V-Sit Crunch - 31 reps
Turkish Get-Ups - 31 reps on each side (or as many as you can do with good form)
