Now that we are in the Holiday Hustle the daily moves are changing up a little bit. There is only one round but each move has 31 reps. Break them up how you need to but make sure to get 31 reps on each move in!


Deep Squat - 31 reps



Single Arm Clean - 31 reps on each side



Burpee + Hammer Press - 31 reps



Plank Row + Twist - 31 reps



Leg Lift + Crunch - 31 reps



Deadlift - 31 reps
