I just wanted to leave a quick note as I know I failed to mention this on the blog last week (though I did mention it on FB and IG). The weekly schedules have been suspended until January due to my work schedule (Amazon warehouse during the holidays... I'm sure you guys can understand). Come January though they'll be back on the blog!

31 reps of each move, 1 round, break them up how you need to.


Wave - 31 reps



Chair Pose - Hold for 31 seconds 



Half Moon Row To Press - 31 reps on each side



Down Dog Cross Toe Taps - 31 reps on each side



Side Lunge + Press - 31 reps on each side



Bicycles - 31 reps on each side
