Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Sumo Squat - 42 reps



Stationary Lunges - 42 reps one each side



Squat + Abduction - 42 reps one each side



Rock The Boat - 42 reps on each side



Tummy Toner - 42 reps on each side



Side Plank Hip Dips - 42 reps on each side
