Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Squat + Leg Abduction - 42 reps on each side



Standing Side Crunch - 42 reps on each side



Bicycles - 42 reps one each side



Booty Band Bridge Dips - 42 reps



Side Leg Raise - 42 reps on each side
