Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Side To Side Lunges - 42 reps one each side
Step Ups - 42 reps on each side
Bridge March - 42 reps on each side
Mountain Climbers - 42 reps on each side
Single Leg Bridge Dips - 42 reps on each side
