Cardio Challenge: Head out for a 20 minute jog.
Studio Tone It Up Class
Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Burpee + Tuck Jump - 42 reps
Bent Over Row - 42 reps
Cross Body Bicep Curl - 42 reps on each side
Cross Mountain Climber - 42 reps on each side
V-Raise - 42 reps
