Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Single Arm Swing - 42 reps on each side
Braced Squat - 42 reps
Forearm Booty Lift - 42 reps on each side
Hamstring Curl - 42 reps
Leg Extensions - 42 reps
