Cardio Challenge - Do 30 seconds of squat jumps in between your daily moves.

Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Squat Jumps - Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds



Curtsy Lunge - 42 reps on each side



Squat Jumps - Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds



Arnold Press - 42 reps



Squat Jumps - Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds



Plank Drag - 42 reps on each side



Squat Jumps - Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds
