Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Halos - 42 reps on each side



Overhead Tilts - 42 reps on each side



Plank Knee Taps - 42 reps on each side



Reverse Crunch - 42 reps



Hip Dips - 42 reps on each side
