Cardio Challenge: Add 30 seconds of jump squats in between each toning move.

Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Single Leg Deadlift + Fly - 42 reps on each side



Lunge + Curl - 42 reps on each side



Alternating Plank Raise - 42 reps on each side



Bikini Walkout + Tummy Toner - 42 reps 



V-Sit + Overhead Tricep Extension - 42 reps
