Do 15 reps of each toning move and then repeat for a total of three rounds!
Bent Over Row - 15 reps
Box Jumps - 15 reps
Chops - 15 reps on each side
Elevated Pushups - 15 reps (You can also use a chair)
Bridge + Tricep Extension - 15 reps
