Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Single Arm Clean To Press - 42 reps on each side



Figure 8 Back Lunge - 42 reps on each side



Kettlebell Swing - 42 reps



Single Leg Deadlift + Row - 42 reps



Plank Cross Swing - 42 reps one each side



Burpee + Jump Tuck - 42 reps
