Daily Moves
Do 15 reps of each toning move and then repeat for a total of three rounds!


Crab Touches - 15 reps on each side



V-Sit - 15 reps



Plank Jack - 15 reps



Flipped Dog Hip Dips - 15 reps on each side



Tricep Pushups - 15 reps
