Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Down Dog To Tummy Toner - 42 reps on each side
Fallen Star Dips - 42 reps on each side
Tricep Pushup - 42 reps
Plank Jacks - 42 reps
Tricep Dips - 42 reps
