Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Bent Leg Deadlift - 42 reps




Stationary Lunges - 42 reps on each side



Squat + Leg Abduction - 42 reps on each side



Single Arm Swing - 42 reps on each side



Side Lunge - 42 reps on each side
