Cardio Challenge: Add 30 seconds of jumping jacks in between each of the daily moves.

Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Bent Over Row - 42 reps



Curl To Press - 42 reps



Forward Raise - 42 reps



Overhead Tricep Extension - 42 reps



Lateral Raise - 42 reps
