Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Bent Over Row - 42 reps



Bicep Curl - 42 reps



Overhead Tricep Extension - 42 reps



Shoulder Press - 42 reps



Plank Row + Tricep Extension - 42 reps on each side
