Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Tummy Toners - 42 reps on each side
Reverse Crunch - 42 reps
Heel Taps - 42 reps on each side
Side Plank Crunch - 42 reps on each side
Starfish Crunch - 42 reps
