Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Squat Jumps - 42 reps
Plank Booty Kickbacks - 42 reps on each side
High Knees - 42 reps on each side
Crab Touches - 42 reps on each side
Jump Tucks - 42 reps
