Go Through 3 rounds of 15 reps per move.
Box Jumps - 15 reps
Deadlift To Upright Row - 15 reps
Toe Taps - 15 reps on each side
Plank Drag - 15 reps on each side
V-Sit + Overhead Tricep Extension - 15 reps
