Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Back Lunge + Hop - 42 reps on each side



Standing Side Crunch - 42 reps on each side



Squat Jumps - 42 reps



Tricep Pushup - 42 reps



Burpee + Jump Tuck - 42 reps
