Daily Moves
Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Jumping Jacks - 42 reps



Braced Squat - 42 reps



High Knees - 42 reps one each side



V-Sit + Bicep Curl - 42 reps



Switch Jumps - 42 reps one each side
