Week 5 don't deprive!
(Sorry, that was in a Bikini Series video from a few years ago and now it is stuck in my head every time there is a week 5 in a Tone It Up challenge).
Happy Super Bowl Sunday and welcome to the beginning of your week 5 in the Tone It Up Love Your Body Challenge! For a lot of us (in the United States at least) today may pose a challenge food wise to keep everything #tiuapproved. If you slip up a little bit its no big deal. Don't deprive yourself! If you do it generally only makes things worse. Just have fun and pick back up tomorrow! (Tone It Up also recently posted a bunch of TIU approved party recipes on their blog).
To help everyone out I have made a youtube playlist again for this weeks suggested workouts (which you can find by clicking here). This of course goes together with the weekly lock screen which you can find down below. (Yes, I have been super slow with making an iPhone X compatible lock screen. One of these days it will happen, I just don't know when).
