Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Braced Squat - 42 reps
Deadlift + Upright Row - 42 reps

Plank Drag - 42 reps on each side
V-Sit + Press - 42 reps
