Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Tricep Dip + Leg Raise - 42 reps on each side



Tricep Extension - 42 reps



Flys - 42 reps



Chest Press - 42 reps



Plank Drag - 42 reps on each side
